Description:Primary Mission:
• Promote, market, sell and manage all operational activity of the training center. Consult with area businesses to identify performance and development gaps among their staff. Provide recommended solutions by utilizing START.

Essential Focus:

• Develop and execute Marketing Plan to outside companies, organizations, and groups to utilize the training center.
• Develop clear and detailed strategies and initiatives to develop corporate training center including testing and evaluation procedures.
• Facilitate workplace learning for high performance to companies, organizations, and groups.
• Identify training and development needs within an organization to create and present solutions. Design training and development programs based on the criteria collected and analyzed. Implement new learning curriculums and organizational development initiatives.
• Administrative management of the Training Center
• Develop qualified instructors and training materials and coordinate training schedules.
• Contract with various vendors as necessary to conduct training programs.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and maintained.
• Analyze training effectiveness by measuring and reporting results of organizational training and quality initiatives to business leaders.
• Adhere to industry standards and practices.
• Assess the return on investment (ROI) of training and development programs internally and externally.
Qualifications:Requirements
• Marketing, Organizational Management, or related Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven marketing, training, and/or business development experience
• Must be proficient at multi-tasking and organizing activities to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the technical requirements of the industry
• Ability to effectively utilize email, Word, Excel and other scheduling software




Other Requirements
Must possess and maintain current valid Drivers’ License and a driving record acceptable to company insurer.
Must be able to drive legally in any state where driving may be required to conduct company business.
