|Description:||Identify, develop and maintains relationships in order to generate business within the industrial construction industry that is profitable, sustainable and collectible. |
Promote, market, sell and manage scaffold building services.
Develop and increase end user customer base by effective communication, assessment of needs and recommendation of solutions.
Develop clear and detailed strategies and initiatives to execute marketing plan to outside companies to utilize scaffold building services.
Consult with management to produce quotations and contract proposals that are both profitable and responsive to customer needs.
Manage a sales and lead pipeline within a customer relationship management strategy.
Adhere to industry standards and practices.
Familiarity of the standard concepts, practices, and procedures used within the scaffold building field.
Marketing, Organizational Management, or related Bachelors Degree preferred.
Proven marketing, training, and/or business development experience focused on B2B sales and cold calling.
Good presentation and negotiating skills.
Must be proficient at multi-tasking and organizing activities to meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the technical requirements of the industry.
Ability to effectively utilize email, Word, Excel and other scheduling software.
Must possess and maintain current valid Drivers License and a driving record acceptable to company insurer.
Must be able to drive legally in any state where driving may be required to conduct company business.
