Description:Primary Mission
To support the entire workforce though the proper, effective and detailed administration of accounting, human resources and infrastructure.

Duties:Essential Functions
1. Meet with CFO to provide financial reports and advise on financial matters.
2. Establish and maintain daily cash activities and good banking relations arrange and monitor lines of credit weekly.
3. Meet with outside accountants and attorneys on an as-needed basis, advise the CFO of relative administrative and financial matters.
4. Oversee the preparation of reports for the annual year-end audit/review, and ensure that reports are available for the outside accountants and board of directors.
5. Supervise Accounting group and review accounting reports as needed.
6. Prepare annual budgets, monthly cash flow analyses, monthly and annual projections of monthly performance, projects in progress (W.I.P.) and cash flow.
7. Provide support for the administrative and accounting needs of regional operations. Ongoing and consistent communication is essential.
8. Prepare manual checks when required if needed prior to Wednesday system check runs.
9. Involvement in health care/401(k) and other fringe benefit plans.

Other Functions
1. Prepare other reports and projects as requested from time to time by the Officers and Directors of the Corporation.
2. Conduct and assist in research and development for new/enhanced Accounting Systems Projects.
Qualifications:Requirements


1. Preference is at least three years experience as an accounting manager for a professional services firm. An engineering/construction-related background is preferred.
2. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and/or equivalent work experience.
3. A current and valid certified public accountant’s license is desired, but not required.
4. Experience with EXCEL, TIMBERLINE and other Microsoft related or similar software is a plus.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Solid background in project based accounting and work in progress.
